  • Click on [ + Select a picture file ] to display a file selection window. Only picture files on your computer will be displayed.
  • When you have selected a file the [ Upload ] button will be enabled. Click on this and the file will be uploaded and listed in the table below.
  • You can then upload another picture file.
  • Pictures can be either banners (B) or displayed in columns (ML = Middle Left or MC = Middle Centre or MR = Middle Right).
  • You can select one or more banners and one or more pictures for each column - or none - by clicking on the {TICKX} or {CROSSX}. This selection does not determine whether they are displayed - only one picture can be displayed in each location.
  • You can determine whether the pictures will be displayed by clicking on the {TICK} or {CROSS} in the Pub (Public) and Mem (Member only) columns.
  • If a file is shown as not to be displayed and there are more than one copies it can be removed by clicking on {DEL} in the Del column. Uploaded picture files can not be removed from the WiX server so at least one copy must remain listed.
  • If you click on {EDIT} in the Edit column the picture will be displayed along with information about it. You can add or change the Description. This is optional but, if a description is entered, it will be displayed below the picture.
  • If the width to height ratio of a banner is five or greater it will be displayed full width at the top of the page. Otherwise its height will be adjusted to 136 pixels with the proportions retained and the picture will be displayed at the centre of the page.
  • All other pictures are displayed to fill the width of their column with the height adjusted to retain the proportions of the original picture, Take care with pictures where the height is greater than the width.
  • Click on [ Show Public Page] or [ Show Member Page ] to see the page as it will be displayed on the website.
  • The exception to the above is Google map which can only be displayed in a column and where the longitude and latitude values can be changed.
