About uӠɑ

uӠɑ is a worldwide organisation that promotes ongoing learning in retirement. Each group is democratically run and is responsible for its own programmes. uӠɑ is not affiliated to any political, religious or ethnic group. This means that no member is to promote a particular political, religious or ethnic viewpoint to the exclusion of any other viewpoint or to use any means to persuade, cajole, bully or intimidate any member into a particular belief system. However, study groups that objectively research different faiths, political parties or ethnicities are acceptable as they fulfil one of the purposes of uӠɑ and that is to pursue ongoing learning through research and sharing within small study groups.
